We charge a flat $7 fee to all online orders. This fee is applicable to all States & Territories within Australia. Please note, we don’t ship outside Australia.

Our turnaround time is 3-7 working days for printing + Australia Post shipping time (5-7 days). The production time does not include weekends and public holidays. In short, keeping all factors in mind you will get your order within 2 weeks.

Once you place your order, you receive a confirmation email. Then we check all the information provided by you i.e. your address, order details & payment summary. Once everything is fine, we start processing your order.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
